We believe in absolute data ownership. Your emails, financial data, transactions, and feedback context are processed in-memory and are never stored or used to train third-party LLMs or Google base models.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our agentic business operations features (such as email triaging and invoice follow-ups), we collect and process several types of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and Google authentication identifiers provided via Firebase Authentication.
- Business Profile: Business name, business description, local timezone, and preference settings (such as response tone).
- Connected Account Data: If you connect Gmail or Stripe via OAuth, we access email threads, subjects, sender/recipient addresses, timestamps, invoice details, amounts, and customer billing info to triage, draft replies, and compile snapshots.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and provide the core functionalities of the Service. Specifically:
- Triage & Drafting: To classify emails, fetch relevant context, and draft replies.
- Dunning & Collections: To identify overdue invoices and generate follow-up reminders.
- Business Pulse: To compute your daily business metrics and snapshots.
3. Sharing & Disclosure of Data
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or business data to third parties. We share information only with trusted third-party subprocessors who assist us in operating the Service (such as Google Cloud Platform for hosting, Firebase for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Resend for transactional email notifications). We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or government regulation.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal and business data:
- All data in transit is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS).
- Critical data and OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Despite these protections, no security system is entirely impenetrable. In the event of a security incident, breach, or unauthorized access, our liability is strictly limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
5. Your Rights and Data Retention
You can disconnect your Gmail or Stripe connections at any time in the Settings panel, which immediately revokes our access tokens. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated database records. We retain your account data and synced email/invoice metadata only as long as your account remains active.
